As part of our commitment to support residents and businesses we have got together with 2 of our forum members, with a view to helping people who may be suffering from anxiety due to shielding. We hope the results can be used to plan what could be their first visit into town in a long time. We are also seizing the opportunity to ask businesses about future opportunities relating to Dementia Friendly Sandbach and Grass Roots Disability. We hope this will be the first of many interactions using this new process and technology.
The survey asks businesses for key information and if they would provide a video of their business set up, so customers can experience what it will be like before they visit in person. We hope being able to show the tremendous efforts our local businesses have gone to, to ensure customer and staff safety will ensure our residents feel safe about coming back to the shops in person.
