Dementia Friendly Sandbach (DFS) aims to create a safe, supportive environment in Sandbach where residents, visitors and carers living with dementia are welcomed, and their dignity respected.
DFS is an unincorporated not-for-profit community group run by volunteers, some living with dementia. The steering group, elected at the annual AGM, meet roughly monthly.
We run weekly on-line zoom meetings and free face to face coffee mornings most weeks at various local venues, offering a relaxed, informative and sharing environment.
